I see the user might just paste a headline, and sometimes they want a rewrite in English. It could be a good idea to ask for clarification first. I think it would also work to create a succinct Chinese version with bullet points instead. No need to overcomplicate it with unnecessary planning tools; I can handle this directly without any extra steps! Let’s keep it simple and effective!
